Scott is the founder of American Century Realty, LLC. His grandfather played an instrumental role in developing Scott’s passion for real estate. At an early age, his grandfather took him out with a local real estate agent to hunt for a new investment opportunity in Las Vegas. At that time, they were looking for vacant land to purchase near the intersection of Windmill Rd. & Rainbow Blvd. To look at the area now you would never guess that only 30 years ago it was a long distance from any social or economic infrastructure. Scott learned that research about an investment was critical, and that it was highly unusual to find someone who cared about the investment as much as the client. As a result, Scott learned to research, advertise and underwrite every real estate transaction he works on as if it were his own.
